Should zoos exsist

Most people would agree that wild animals just came to the zoo are scared of human being. The fact is wild animals that just came into the zoo are scared of people. Because when they were in the wild there was no people in the jungle. And maybe people didn’t want to go in the jungle because they think it is haunted or they think there is a animal in it which they might be some animals in it. And if people come into the environment that the animal probably lives in it. Will probably get them injured. The problem why they might be injured because the animal have probably  panicked and got so scared and started attacking them.

In my opinion i disagree that animals shouldn’t be out in the wild because what happened if they don’t find any food, water and shelter. And what happened if there was natural disasters. That will be bad because they will die because they had know where to go

Sentence starters for persuasive writing

I believe that every kid should learn how to swim(agreeing).
Every Kid should learn how to swim?

My first reason is as they grow up having kids and one day they will be having a joyful swim around but suddenly their kid got too far to the sea and started to drown and what do you do? (thinking)what?.

Not knowing what to do because you can’t swim the reason why you never had learned a lesson how to swim, what would happen to you child?!.

To start with, most people will agree that kids should learn to swim while there young.

In my opinion kids should have the chance to swim and they should learn how to swim in a deep pool.

If the kid learn how to swim in a baby pool they will pretend to swim but the thing is that they were actually touching the ground.

I’m absolutely certain that every child in NZ should learn to swim. It is important to acknowledge that paying for swimming lessons can be very expensive, especially if there are more than 1 kid in each family. In light of this, the NZ school system requires students to learn to swim and this is usually free.

It would be worthwhile if every kid should join a swimming lesson so they can learn how to swim

But first she told to get in to buddies not in threes and go in a line by the heater . so then me and maria went by the heater. Then when we all got into our lines she told me to get some A4 paper and then when i got to the stuff room I  pulled out the draw with A4 paper then i got some A4 paper then went back to class then Miss Ashley said Yesssssssssssssss. Then I gave it to her and went back and sit down in my line. She told us the rules and she said that she is going to set up a obstacle course with the tables and the paper and the chairds she said we were not allowed to touch the tables and the A4 paper but she said to that we can touch the chairs. And she said the our buddy in the back to blindfold your buddy. And when my buddy put on my blindfold and I felt so scared that I was gonna bump my head on something.

Paragraph 2
Then She said I am not gonna do it all at the same time I am gonna call your buddy and yourself to come and start after a while she finally call me and Maria went and try the obstacle course and I felt so scared but i didn’t touch anything but the chair but I only touched one chair but it was okay because we can touch and Miss Ashley said  that we start with 10 points but I did not lose a single point. And she said that we have to touch the blue thing then we can take off our blindfolds and touch it and didn’t lose a point.

Paragraph 3
When I finished we went back to our lines by the heater and wait for the other players to finish and when our friends finish which was vaiola and hiria they were buddies and they didn’t   touch anything but the chair I think. But then Miss Ashley said to swap and blindfold your buddy and when I did she told Timote and Paula to help her do another obstacle course and when I looked at it it looked so hard. When we started I was like thats not that hard But it was kinda hard for Maria and I told to go left right stop and go straight and told her to jump over the paper because it was between the chairs and the when she did but the thing is she didn’t touch the paper or table which was and she didn’t lose a point to which was and she touch the thing and all together we got 20 points.

How to edit a story

Here is our edited story.
Things we learnt about were
We aren’t allowed to use then, and, also and because at the beginning of a sentence.
Speech marks go on the OUTSIDE of the full stop or other punctuation.
The end of a sentence can be marked by a full stop, an exclamation mark or a question mark. You don’t need to put an extra full stop after a question mark.
Remember to check ALL capital letters. Sometimes we need to put them in and sometimes we need to take them out.
On Monday 24th September 2018 Room 7 did a blindfold challenge. We wanted to have fun and make our morning a bit interesting by playing a game.

Firstly Miss Ashley told us the rules which was “no touching the tables or pieces of paper on the floor or you will lose points.“  However you are allowed to touch the chairs because you sometimes have to step over them to get to the end. Next we got into buddies. My buddy was Lucina.  We had to line up by the heater in our buddies.

First it was my turn to go so Lucina (my buddy)  put the blindfold on me (over my eyes) and helped me to stand up. The blindfold was tight it felt like a constrictor boa on my face. I felt so confused and disorientated because the blindfold was covering my eyes. Lucina told me to “go left, right, straight and step over.” I was feeling nervous and a little bit scared because “what if she was tricking me?“ and I was really doing something silly. I got to the end safely and took my blindfold off.

Next it was my buddies turn so I helped her put the blindfold on. I told her to walk straight first, then next turn left. She doesn’t know her lefts and rights so she went the wrong way.I said “no your other left” and it was a little bit funny. In the end we got to the blue fruit tray and we made it without losing any points!

I think I would like to do this activity again because it was cool to do something different and fun in class especially since it’s the end of the term and I think we are all feeling kind of tired.
